It is unbelievable but factual that at least 70% of air compressor used in Malaysian factories are very much OVERSIZED, or wrong type of compressors are being used for the wrong application resulting very severe wastage in energy consumption. It is our endeavor to ensure proper sizing for energy saving effect.

Easy overheating tendency
In the early years of the 60s, compressor market had been dominated by brands from the West and America. It has long been proven that most, if not all compressor from these countries easily overheats when their load factor is high. The lower average ambient temperature in these countries, which affects its cooling system design, was the main cause of such weakness. It is our sincere aim to help identify more ‘HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE’ resistant compressor for use by our customers in Malaysia.

It was already a ‘NORM’ in Malaysia that users have to tolerate the very high maintenance cost of their air compressors; high spares pricing due to the BRANDED image, unscrupulous profiteering by ‘unauthorized repairer’, and the lack of competent technician to resolve customer’s system problem have all contributed to such ‘tight’ situation. We assure all our customers of our standard spares pricing. We adhere to cost plus, and not market price based pricing system to ensure all our users will benefit from the much lower manufacturing cost by highly competitive Chinese manufacturers; China is now the biggest screw compressor market in the world with approximately 250000 units screw compressor sales a year!

It is a FACT that no ‘ONE SIZE FITS ALL’ hence our customers like to refer to us for all sorts of unique application compare to SINGLE BRAND supplier, which normally could not meets different requirements.

The division is headed and managed by a compressed air enthusiast who had been in the line for the past 42 years; all the time within Malaysia’s hot and humid climatic environment! We are committed to TRYING OUR BEST all the time, whenever possible, to attend to any emergency breakdown within the shortest possible response time. However, we are even more proactive in PROPER SELECTION, INSTALLATION, REGULAR MAINTENANCE and REGULAR LOAD MONITERING ADVICE as ‘FIRE PREVENTION’ instead of ‘FIRE FIGHTING’.
